Job Description: 
The Event Representative will be responsible for overseeing the execution of a competition the day of the event. This position helps ensure the success of an event by hands on interaction with the competition host and participants. This is a part-time weekend position and requires travel.
Performance Expectations:
- Serve as a representative of AmeriCheer at events including communicating directly with coaches and competitors to ensure client satisfaction, problem solving and assisting the Host with any additional needs they may have during the event
- Oversee all aspects of a Regional competition including volunteer and temporary event staff training, inventory of Victory Wear, judging, and overall management of event
- Contact participating teams the night before an event to answer any questions they may have regarding division changes, performance times, and outstanding balances
- Hold meetings the day of the event with judges, host and volunteers to go over expectations for the competition
- Keep records of any changes, paid fees, or issues you may have encountered and report them to the Regional Event Coordinator following the event
- Coordinate the return and shipment of material back to AmeriCheer corporate offices
- Be able to attend Event Representative training in Columbus, Ohio
- Be able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Exhibit enthusiasm, professionalism and organizational skills
- Maintain complete confidentiality of competitive information
